NB: Suitable footwear is essential for dancing, please wear something with a smooth sole. Trainers are not ideal (unless worn with a Shoe Sock) as the tread sticks you to the floor! Please do not wear Stilletoes, High Heels, studs etc as they will damage floor surfaces.
Ideally bring a separate pair of shoes to change into as dirt and grit can also cause problems on a polished floor
